FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Everything you need to know about downloads, subscriptions, and licensing.
Licensing & Usage
3 questionsPrint it, sell it, slap it on t-shirts, posters, canvases, whatever you want. It's yours to use commercially. Just one rule: don't share the digital files with others. That really hurts small artists like us.
Quick heads up: if you're selling products with these designs commercially, any licensing stuff with rights holders is on you to figure out. We're artists, not lawyers, so we can't give legal advice. When in doubt, chat with one.
Nope. You're buying the right to print and sell physical products, not redistribute the files. Please don't upload them anywhere or share them around.
Purchasing & Payments
4 questionsWe use a secure checkout provider. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Individual designs are $19 each. Subscriptions are $69/ month monthly or $549/ year yearly for full library access.
Yes. Payments are handled by a PCI-compliant checkout provider. We never see or store your card details.
Right now, each design is purchased separately. If you're planning to grab several, a monthly or yearly subscription makes more sense.
Downloads & Delivery
6 questionsRight after you pay, we'll send a zip file to your email. Inside you'll find all the print sizes ready to go. You can also re-download anytime from your account if you create one.
You get a zip packed with everything you need: a t-shirt print file plus multiple ready-to-print sizes for posters and canvases (up to 10, varies by design; common sizes include 8×11, 9×11, 11×14, 12×16, 12×18, 16×20, 18×24, 20×30, 24×30, 24×36 inches). Up to 14.4K resolution, 300 DPI. That's poster-shop quality.
For one-time purchases, you can re-download your files forever from your account. For subscriptions, you have access as long as you're subscribed. But any files you've already downloaded? Those are yours to keep.
Try signing in to your account to access your downloads. If you checked out as a guest, use the download link from your receipt email. Still having trouble? Email us at contact@turnedninja.com.
No. Your purchased files can be downloaded any time. Subscribers also get full-library access while their subscription is active.
Please keep your download link private. Anyone with the link can access the files. If you need another copy, sign in or contact support.
Subscription
6 questionsPick monthly ($69/ month) or yearly ($549/ year). Both plans unlock the library. Yearly includes the custom art perk.
Yearly subscribers get one custom art request, you tell us what character you want, and we create it for you. The best part? It's exclusively yours forever. We never add it to our public library.
When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period. After that, you won't be able to download new files. But here's the thing: any files you already downloaded, including your custom art, are yours forever.
Yes. You can switch plans anytime from your account settings. Changes apply on your next billing date.
Not necessarily. You can subscribe as a guest, and we'll create an account for you. You'll get a password setup link by email so you can access your library, manage your subscription, and submit your custom art request.
No worries. Your previous purchases stay in your library. The subscription just gives you access to everything else plus the custom art perk.
Refunds & Cancellations
5 questionsEvery design includes full previews so you can see exactly what you're getting. Since files are delivered instantly, all sales are final. We know that's not ideal, but once a file is downloaded, we can't really take it back.
Digital products are tricky, once you download a file, there's no way for us to know if it's been deleted. We provide detailed previews so you can see exactly what you're getting. We're not trying to be difficult, it's just how digital goods work.
We're sorry, but we can't process refunds for accidental purchases either. Our checkout has confirmation steps to help prevent this. Take a moment to double-check before completing payment.
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your billing period, we don't do partial refunds for unused time.
That's different from a refund request. If you're having technical issues (corrupted files, wrong format, etc.), email us at contact@turnedninja.com and we'll sort it out.

Usually PNG or JPG, depends on the design. Some designs might include vector files in the future. Check the design page for specifics.
All files are 300 DPI, the standard for professional printing. Sharp and crisp, no pixelation.
Yep. Print them on t-shirts, posters, canvases, mugs, whatever you want. Just don't share the digital files with others.
Not right now, just PNG and JPG. This helps protect the original artwork while still giving you files that are ready to use right away.
We're always looking for ideas. While we can't promise specific requests, feel free to reach out with suggestions. We add 1+ new designs every week based on what's popular.
