TERMS OF SERVICE

When you purchase or download art from Turned Ninja (via one-time purchase or subscription), you receive a commercial license to:

• Print and sell physical products (posters, canvases, t-shirts, mugs, etc.)

• Use the art in your print-on-demand business

• Create merchandise for resale

You may NOT:

• Resell, share, or redistribute the digital files themselves

• Upload files to stock image sites or file sharing platforms

• Sub-license the artwork to others

• Claim the artwork as your own creation

Our art features fan-created interpretations of popular characters. If you're selling products commercially, any licensing arrangements with original rights holders (anime studios, manga publishers, etc.) are your responsibility.

We're artists, not lawyers, we can't provide legal advice on intellectual property matters. When in doubt, consult a legal professional.

Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or yearly) until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.

When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing period. Any files you've already downloaded are yours to keep and use under the license terms above.

We don't offer partial refunds for unused subscription time.

One-time purchases grant you permanent access to the purchased design. If you create an account, you can re-download anytime from your downloads page.

If you checked out as a guest, use the download link from your receipt email. Need help? Contact us.

All sales are final. Since these are digital files delivered instantly, we cannot offer refunds once a purchase is made or a subscription is started.

We provide detailed previews so you can see exactly what you're getting before you buy.

If you experience technical issues (corrupted files, wrong format, etc.), contact us and we'll help resolve it.

Yearly subscribers receive one custom art request. Custom pieces are created exclusively for you and will never be added to our public library.

Custom art requests cannot be modified once submitted. Please be thorough in your initial request.

Custom art is subject to the same license terms as regular purchases, you can use it commercially but cannot redistribute the digital files.

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Don't share your login or download links with others.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms, particularly those involved in unauthorized file sharing.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

For significant changes, we'll notify you via email.
